Reformation

Reformation Is an Instrumental/Post-Rock solo project From Charleston, SC Jay’s background in music began with the guitar at age 16 along with vocal training at a young age. In his 20’s, Jay joined two of his friends in a band, playing bass, acoustic guitar and providing vocals for some of their tracks. During that time Jay developed a dependency on drugs and alcohol that lasted for almost 25 years. After hitting rock bottom, Jay decided it was time to make a change. After 90 days of rehab and with the support of his wife, he decided that writing and recording music for himself would be his passion and a way to fill his time instead of drinking and drugging. After a year of sobriety, Reformation was officially born.
