Tasmania's tight-knit community means everyone seems to know someone, and this is especially true in Hobart's small punk and hardcore scene. As Australia's second-oldest city with a population of only 250,000, it's a place where friendships forged in childhood often evolve into lifelong musical bonds. The band Follow exemplifies this, their deep connection creating a form of musical communication that transcends words. Their instrumental post-rock sound feels intuitive, with notes flowing together like friends reuniting after time apart. Fans of Caspian, Explosions In The Sky, and sleepmakeswaves will appreciate their intricate and fluid style.
