Diaspar

Diaspar are a Nottingham-based three-piece post-rock band shaping their own space in the genre by combining widescreen guitar soundscapes with electronic textures and cinematic dynamics. Formed by Josh Hasnip (guitar, vocals), Matt Edwards (guitar), and Ben Fawce (drums, vocals, electronics), the trio draw from a wide range of influences, including film scores and experimental rock.
Their music unfolds with a strong sense of narrative, moving fluidly between fragile, intimate moments and towering crescendos. Atmosphere and contrast sit at the core of Diaspar’s sound, creating immersive compositions that feel expansive, emotional, and deliberately paced.
