Breathe In. Asphyxiate.

Breathe In. Asphyxiate. is a post‑rock duo from Hamilton, Ontario, formed by longtime collaborators Sean Sheridan and David Gauthier. What began as years of creative exchange evolved into something deeper after a profound personal loss, turning the project into a space to process, reflect, and rebuild through instrumental sound.

Their music blends ambient textures, orchestral weight, and dynamic, guitar‑driven movement, unfolding like a series of emotional chapters—each piece carrying its own narrative without ever needing words.
