LOWERCASE NOISES is the main musical project of multi-instrumentalist Andrew Othling (born 1986) from Albuquerque, NM. The music of LOWERCASE NOISES is a mixture of ambient, post-rock and electronica, often melodic and quite accessible. He creates post-rock cut from the same cloth as MOGWAI, SIGUR ROS, and EXPLOSIONS IN THE SKY but this isn't just another post-rock clone.
