The Pirate Ship Quintet is an English post-rock band, reminiscent of Mogwai and Blueneck. Formed in 2004, this eight-piece ensemble brought together members from Bristol’s We Were Nice Today. Their beautifully melancholic sound dives deep into textures and sensibilities, creating evocative compositions.
