Warrington‑Runcorn New Town Development Plan is the solo project of British musician Gordon Chapman-Fox. Inspired by the architecture, ambition, and faded optimism of post-war British urban planning, his music blends analog synths, ambient textures, and retro-futurist tones. Each release explores imagined soundtracks for the rise and fall of new towns, evoking a haunting sense of nostalgia and civic melancholy.
